Delivery Information

Most all of our playsets include free shipping. In rare instances, due to the exceptionally large size or weight shipping may be an extra charge. Check specific product information for details on shipping. We ship all of our products directly from the manufacturers' warehouses. We do this for two reasons: By shipping directly from the manufacturers' warehouses, we are able to save significantly on our expenses which we can pass on to you. It also saves us the expense of handling inventory which is also an extra savings to you. By directly shipping to you from the manufacturers' warehouses, it saves time and you receive your playset faster. Depending on the size and weight of the product(s) you order, they are shipped by either UPS or by common truck carrier. Common truck carriers typically product curb-side service. Many times this means that you are responsible for unloading your order from the truck. You are also responsible for moving your order, once unloaded from the truck to the location where you will assemble the playset. The carrier that is delivering your order will contact you via phone a day or two prior to arrival to confirm the shipping address and to make sure that someone will be there when the truck arrives. Please provide a daytime phone number when you place your order. This can be your home, work or cell phone number. When they contact you, ask them any questions you might have about delivery. Please make sure someone will be at the shipping location when the truck is scheduled to arrive. If no one is there, you might incur additional shipping charges for re-delivery from the trucking company. When your order arrives please check it carefully and make sure that there has been no damage to the boxes or pallet due to shipping. If there is, please note this on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately. Replacement procedures are entirely at the discretion of the manufacturer.
